The MAK Surfcasting lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship or material and even structural damage which affect the function of the product. If it is broken, we will fix it at our expense or replace it with a comparable replacement product. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse or neglect.
MAK Surfcasting reserves the right to determine whether the product failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failure caused by accident, alteration, misuse or ordinary wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
MAK Surfcasting is not responsible for damages to the contents of your bag, for lost or stolen bags, or for consequential or incidental damages such as loss of use.
Cosmetic wear including dirt, abrasions and scrapes, are an unavoidable circumstance of normal use and as such are not covered under this warranty. Customers with warranty issues should contact MAK Surfcasting by phone or e-mail. The only expense that the customer incurs is the cost of getting the bag to our repair center, we‘ll cover all expenses from there including return delivery expense to any address in North America.
